007: Balance at the Heart of the Matter: Understanding the Heart Chakra

Each of the heart chakra are important, but in a world so in need of unconditional love, it rises to the top of the heap in my opinion. The gateway between your upper and lower chakras and the balancing point between, the anahata chakra influences the health of all other energy centers. It gets out of balance usually via pain one experienced in childhood, and those wounds are so hard to heal. But heal them, you must. For the occultist, trauma–though painful af–is an opportunity. 

Sidenote: there's one or two audio issues, but it's mostly with the levels and doesn't preclude the transmission of the information AT ALL. I'm no audio engineer and do all my own editing, so this wasn't something I could fix. Just fair warning. You'll notice it, but it won't be a problem.
