The energy center of self-expression, creativity, and one’s life purpose, the throat chakra is the 5 chakra and the first of the spiritual chakras. The goal is a bright, luminous blue energy emanating from this chakra of speaking your truth and so many people struggle with keeping the energy free-flowing through this center.  Do your throat chakra a solid and cuss them out TUH-Day!
